Terms of Use

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Spanish one, available at boomboomlotter.com/terminos.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Boom Boom Lotter application ("BBL", "the application", "the app"). By downloading, installing or using BBL, the user accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. What BBL is

BBL is an independent tool for personal tracking and management of lottery plays. It lets the user record their plays, view results for informational purposes, keep track of their spending, see descriptive statistics and generate combinations with structure and coverage criteria.

2. Independence (no affiliation)

BBL is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized or endorsed by Coljuegos, Baloto, MiLoto, ColorLoto, Operador Nacional de Juegos S.A.S. or their concessionaires, operators or licensees. The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited solely for descriptive and informational purposes. BBL does not sell bets, does not collect game payments, does not issue or validate tickets, does not pay prizes and does not provide intermediation services for gambling.

3. Informational nature and accuracy of results

The information shown in the app (results, jackpots, calendars and statistics) is for informational and personal-organization purposes, and is not official. It may contain delays, errors or unavailability. The official and binding information is that published by the authorized operator and by the competent authority. The user must confirm any result, prize, draw, term or condition through the authorized operator's official channels.

BBL does not guarantee, suggest or imply that using the app increases the chances of winning or that it predicts results. Each draw is independent.

4. Use by adults

BBL is intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age. By using the app, the user declares that they are of legal age. If gambling affects your financial or emotional wellbeing, we recommend using only legal channels and consulting the authorized operator's responsible-gaming tools.

5. User account

The app can be used without an account. Optionally, the user may create an account via sign-in with Google or Apple to enable features such as cloud backup. The user is responsible for keeping their account confidential and for the activities carried out through it.

6. Premium subscription

BBL offers a free version with basic features and an annual premium subscription that unlocks additional features (among them BBL AI: full statistics, the combination generator and cloud backup).

• The subscription is charged through the payment systems of the corresponding store (Google Play or App Store).
• The subscription renews automatically according to the store's conditions, unless the user cancels it.
• The management, renewal, cancellation and refunds of the subscription are governed by the policies of the store where the purchase was made.

7. Intellectual property

The design, the "Boom Boom Lotter" / "BBL" brand, the code and the app's own content belong to its owner. The user may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit the app or its content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

8. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to use it to operate, market or facilitate unauthorized games of chance.

9. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for losses arising from the user's gambling decisions, from the inaccuracy or unavailability of the information shown, or from failures attributable to third parties (stores, cloud or notification providers). The user is solely responsible for their gambling decisions.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue features of the app. We will publish the current version at boomboomlotter.com/terminos. Continued use of the app after the changes implies acceptance of them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
