Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Boom Boom Lotter ("BBL") account and what data is deleted or kept. The app can be used without an account; you only have an account if you signed in with Google or Apple to use cloud backup or the premium subscription.
Option 1: from the app (recommended)
It is immediate, with no waiting:
- Open the Boom Boom Lotter app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- If you are not signed in, sign in with Google or Apple.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and associated data are removed from our servers immediately, and you are signed out.
Option 2: by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address you signed in with at boomboomlotter@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days at most.
What data is deleted
- Your account (name and email from Google or Apple) and the associated internal identifier.
- Your cloud backup (stored end-to-end encrypted).
- The record of your premium subscription on our servers.
- The preferences and usage data synced with your account.
What data is kept
- The tickets saved on your phone are not deleted when you delete your account, because they live only on your device and not on our servers. You can delete them in the app or by uninstalling the app.
- Notification subscriptions work per device and anonymously, and are not tied to your identity; they stop being used once you uninstall the app.
About subscription billing
Deleting your account does not cancel recurring subscription billing. Renewal is managed by the store where you purchased (Google Play or App Store); cancel it there to stop future charges.
